
LANCELIN Police are seeking information after someone tried to steal from a Guilderton ATM on Tuesday, May 24.
A WA Police spokesman said during the early hours of the morning an attempt was made to steal from an ATM at the Guilderton General Store on Edward St.
He said a window was damaged when someone tried to gain entry to the store but they were not able to gain access to the ATM.
Police are asking anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Guilderton area between 4am and 4.45am including any vehicles being driven in the town, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
Community members are asked to report any suspicious activity at stores after hours to WA Police on 131 444.
