A BUSHFIRE advice is in place for people in an area bounded by Two Rocks Rd, Lisford Ave, Breakwater Dr, Indian Ocean Dr and Montebello Blvd in the southern part of Two Rocks.
Although there is no immediate danger you need to be aware and keep up to date in case the situation changes.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) said the fire started near the intersection of Two Rocks Rd and Montebello Blvd in Two Rocks.
Two Rocks Rd is closed between Charnwood Ave and Montebello Blvd.
The bushfire is moving fast in a north easterly direction.
It is controlled but not contained.
There is no threat to lives or homes.
The next update will be provided by 11am tomorrow unless the situation changes.
