Complete Home Filtration named Wanneroo business of the year

WANGARA-based Complete Home Filtration was named the Ertech Holdings 2021 business of the year at the City of Wanneroo business awards.

Complete Home Filtration also won the Community Vision customer service excellence award.

Complete Home Filtration is the only water filtration company in WA to develop water filtration technology and make large parts of their systems and some filters in Australia.

The judges noted the business is now operating across WA, NSW and QLD, helping thousands of homeowners get access to better water from every tap.

Wanneroo Business Association general manager Lauren Bell said there had been a 35 per cent increase in the number of entries received so competition was high.

More than 180 business owners attended on the evening also breaking all records.

The customer service excellence category was the most contended and entries in the employee of the year category had doubled.

Ewan McAllister, owner of Aries Rail was announced as the mayor’s visionary business person by City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts for his contribution to business and community.

Aries Rail also picked up the Insight Advisory Group 2021 best business: 15 & over employees award.

Newcomers to the awards Superior Artificial Turf Supples took out the Complete Home Filtration start up of the year award, with Feeding Friend Group hitting the jackpot by securing two top spots by winning both the Roads 2000 innovator of the year award and the PerthNow best business owner operator award.

The DevelomentWA business technology excellence award was won by On Tap Plumbing & Gas, Naomi Ingram of Fortuna Advisory Group walked away with the employee of the year award and the Bendigo Bank 2021 best business 2021: over 5 & under 15 employees award was presented to Global Company Service.

Finally OmniDrone took home the trophy for the Business Station best business: 1-5 employees award and Safe Central were the winners of the WA Leaders executive series scholarship.
