
TWO men are due in court on drug charges after they were stopped by police on Marmion Ave near Shorehaven Blvd in Alkimos about 10.50pm on Sunday, August 6.
Northern regional operations officers found a small amount of methylamphetamine, n-dimethyltryptamine, a smoking implement, a small amount of cannabis and a replica firearm when they searched the men and their vehicle.
The officers and Joondalup detectives then executed a warrant on a residence in Alkimos.
WA Police will allege during a search of the residence officers found and seized a firearm, ammunition, an amount of methylamphetamine, numerous prohibited weapons, drug paraphernalia, collectable coins, jewellery and electronic devices.
They then charged a 29-year-old man and a 25-year-old man both of Girrawheen with possessing a prohibited drug with the intent to sell.
Both men are due to appear in Joondalup Magistrates Court on Monday, September 4.
