
A FATAL crash on a Brand Hwy intersection near Gingin has claimed the life of one woman and injured two other people.
WA Police said major crash investigators are seeking information regarding the fatal crash in Granville earlier today.
“About 6.55am, a Mitsubishi Lancer hatch and a Toyota Landcruiser utility collided at the intersection of the Brand Hwy and Gingin Brook Rd,’’ a police spokesman said.
He said the 63-year-old female driver of Mitsubishi died at the scene.
“The 45-year-old male driver of the Toyota and a 10-year-old male passenger were taken to Joondalup Health Campus by St John WA with minor injuries.’’
