AN 18-year-old male driver has died in a crash on Wanneroo Rd in Carabooda earlier this morning Sunday, October 12.
WA Police said major crash officers are investigating the fatal crash, which happened near the intersection of Wanneroo Rd and Lacey Rd.
A police spokeswoman said about 1.35am, emergency services responded to reports a Mitsubishi Triton utility had collided with a tree on Wanneroo Rd and caught alight.
“The 18-year-old male driver was declared deceased at the scene,’’ she said.
