A GINGIN man was due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 20 after he was caught driving a stolen truck.
A WA Police spokesman said about 5pm on Wednesday, October 19 a stolen white Nissan truck was seen traveling along Irvine St, Bayswater.
He said Bayswater Police officers attended and arrested a male driving the vehicle.
The truck was stolen from a business on Motivation Dr, Wangara on Monday, October 17.
He said a 30-year-old Gingin man had been charged with stealing a motor vehicle, stealing, damage and no driver’s licence.
