
WA Police have charged a Jindalee man after an incident in Mullaloo on Monday, February 19.
He is due to appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court on Monday, March 12.
A spokeswoman said police will allege that about 12.10am on the 20-year-old Jindalee man was involved in an altercation with a 27-year-old man in a hotel carpark on Oceanside Promenade Mullaloo.
She said the man then drove his vehicle at the 27-year-old man, causing him a number of injuries.
“He then drove on through the carpark, further striking a parked vehicle,’’ she said.
“He also hit a 21 year old male pedestrian, causing him injuries.
Both the injured men were taken to Joondalup Health Campus for treatment.
The Jindalee man was charged with acts or omissions causing bodily harm or danger, dangerous driving occasioning bodily harm and driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
