A MAN, facing 10 charges after being arrested by Yanchep Police, is due to appear in Joondalup Magistrates Court again on January 18.
After his arrest Yanchep Police said the 23-year-old man had been refused bail on the charges, which included the stealing of a motor vehicle.
This morning WA Police said the man had appeared in Joondalup Magistrates Court yesterday but is due back in court next month.
He has been charged with four counts of gains benefit by fraud, one count of stealing a motor vehicle, one count of no authority to drive, two counts of possession of stolen/unlawfully obtained property, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of methylamphetamine.
