LandCorp said in collaboration with the City of Wanneroo it was calling for expressions of interest from experienced professionals to help with the design and financial modelling for a new business incubator in Meridian Park.
The industrial estate is designed to service the fast growing northern corridor where the population is expected to double by 2040.
Access to and from the industrial estate has improved with the recent Mitchell Fwy extension via Neerabup Rd and the realigned Flynn Dr.
The expression of interest seeks proposals from an experienced professional to help develop a feasibility study for a business incubator, targeting businesses that may benefit from being located within an ‘industrial’ zoned area.
Expressions of interest close 2pm WST Wednesday, October 4.
