Dr Michael Gendy and Dr Edward Soloman are building a new medical centre in Two Rocks for eight doctors as well as a dental practice when fully operational.

A NEW medical centre being built at the Atlantis Beach estate in Two Rocks is expected to be open by August.

The new medical centre is owned by Jupiter Health and Medical Services, which has established 27 new medical centres throughout WA in the past seven years.

Founded in 2011 by Edward Soloman and Michael Gendy, Jupiter Health and Medical Services has focused on building medical centres in new shopping precincts and social hubs in high population growth areas.

Dr Michael Gendy said the company had recently opened two new medical centres at newly constructed shopping centres at Lakelands and Singleton, north of Mandurah.

“Jupiter Health and Medical Services has chosen to build its 28th medical centre at Atlantis Beach in Two Rocks because it has similar demographics to the coastal strip north of Mandurah.

“Both areas are rapidly expanding with young families attracted to an affordable coastal lifestyle they offer.

“This rapid population expansion of young families as well as down sizers has created a growing demand for brand new GP medical centres in these areas.

“Our new $3 million medical centre at Atlantis Beach in Two Rocks will be located at the heart of the new social hub in the estate on Breakwater Dr and will have eight doctors as well as a dental practice when fully operational.

“It will also provide a suite of other medical services including skin care, skin cancer screening and treatment, pathology and immunisation.

“Our company has expanded rapidly in Western Australia over the past seven years because we saw a market opportunity to provide affordable, convenient and high quality medical services to the public.

“Similar to the other medical centres, our new medical centre at Atlantis Beach will provide patents with affordable medical services through bulk billing.

“It will also provide a high level of convenience to patients being open seven days a week with extended opening hours that include weekday opening times from 7am to 11pm.

“Our new medical centre will be staffed by high quality medical practitioners that have international experience.’’
