DEMAND is expected to be very strong for the first beach front land release in more than two years at Capricorn Beach estate in Yanchep, according to project director Jarrod Rendell.
Mr Rendell said Capricorn Beach estate was a master planned community that had the only beach side living location in Yanchep.
Mr Rendell said buyers in the Beachfront land release would be in the box seat to enjoy the natural lifestyle Yanchep offered.
“Yanchep is already renowned for its stunning beaches that include Yanchep Lagoon as well as the areas beautiful parks such as Yanchep National Park,’’ he said.
He said new lifestyle facilities in Yanchep included the recently opened $7 million Yanchep Surf Life Saving Club as well as the new $8.3m Yanchep sporting complex.
“Planning is also well advanced on a major transformational project for the immediate area that will see the former Club Capricorn Resort transformed into a stunning lifestyle destination with recreation, tourism, cafes and restaurants and a variety of residential housing positioned across a 12ha site.’’
