AN all clear advice has been issued for people west of Perry Road and east of Old Yanchep Rd in the northern part of Pinjar in the City of Wanneroo.

On Monday, March 26 the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) said motorists should avoid the area, reduce speed and drive carefully due to smoke burning in peat.
In an alert DFES said the bushfire was no longer affecting the community and that firefighters would monitor the area for the rest of the day.

People were asked to drive slowly and with caution due to smoke and emergency services personnel working in the area.

The bushfire was reported at 12.05pm on Friday, March 23 and burnt 60ha of land.

The cause of the bushfire, which is being managed by the City of Wanneroo, is unknown.
