A TEENAGE boy has been taken by RAC Rescue helicopter to Perth Children’s Hospital after a crash on Ravensbourne St in Yanchep.
ST John WA said the teenage boy was seriously injured.
A ST John WA spokeswoman said a man in his 50s had also been treated at the scene but he did not require hospitalisation.
Career firefighters from Butler and volunteer firefighters from Yanchep helped St John WA paramedics at the scene.
They also set up a landing zone at Jindowie Community Oval so the boy could be airlifted.
The RAC Rescue helicopters are funded by the State Government, managed by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) and sponsored by RAC.
