WA Police are seeking assistance from the public to locate 79-year-old, Octavio Saric missing from the Yanchep area.
Family and police have serious concerns for Mr Saric who has advanced dementia.
He was last seen about 5.15pm in the vicinity of the Yanchep Community Pharmacy near Marmion Ave, Yanchep.
He is 175cm tall, medium build, brown-greying hair and grey eyes.
He was last seen wearing a green puffer vest with a grey hood, a grey jumper, dark jeans and sneakers.
