IF you have been at locations, which include some in the northern suburbs, visited by confirmed Covid-19 cases at specific times you need to attend a Covid clinic for testing.
The locations include Dynamic Music Academy in Wangara from 5pm to 6.30pm on Thursday, April 22, Thai Thyme in the food court at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre from 6.45pm to 8pm on April 22 and Target at the same shopping centre on the same day from 8pm to 8.30pm.
If you went to the Puma service station at 60/200 Mirrabooka Ave, Alexander Heights on Friday, April 23 between 5.15pm to 5.45pm you also need to get tested.
The Department of Health (DoH) is also advising anyone with symptoms even if they have not visited one of the listed locations to get tested.
DoH updated the list yesterday after a male in his 40s tested positive after presenting for a Covid-19 test yesterday as he had attended one of the locations visited by the confirmed Covid-19 Victorian case, and the related local case.
The advice on the DoH website says people should continue to monitor for symptoms for 14 days following their visit to any of the above locations and if you experience any symptoms at any time – fever, coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, loss of smell or taste – go to a Covid clinic to be retested.
