A MAN has died after getting into difficulty while surfing at Dewars beach north of Two Rocks on Saturday, May 6.
WA Police said about 9.30am police and St John Ambulance were advised a man was unconscious on the beach after witnesses had brought him to shore and started CPR.
A police spokesman said St John Ambulance attended but the 36-year-old man died.
He said Clarkson Police and the coronial investigation squad were investigating and that the man’s family had been advised.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
