A TAPPING man is due to appear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrate Court on Wednesday, May 26 in relation to three charges after the death of a man in sand dunes in Two Rocks earlier this year.
Brodey Kaeleb Foster had been due to appear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrate Court on May 12 but made his first appearance there on May 5.
This followed an appearance in the Joondalup Magistrates Court on April 14 where the young man’s bail was renewed on the same terms as his first appearance in court on February 24.
On February 16 WA Police said major crash investigation officers had charged the Tapping man with manslaughter, failing to stop and ensure assistance after an incident occasioning death and failing to report an incident occasioning death.
Early on January 12 WA Police were called to bushland off Sovereign Dr where a 42-year-old man, who was believed to have been sleeping in the dunes, was found on a dirt track.
St John Ambulance provided treatment to the man but he died at the scene.
