IN November houses in Carramar sold in a median of four days with Quinns Rocks, Eglinton and Butler not far behind on five days, according to www.reiwa.com data.
REIWA said in Perth houses sold in a median of nine days in November, one day slower than in October and five days faster than a year ago.
Units sold in a median of eight days in November 2025, the same as October, and six days faster than a year ago.
The other fastest selling suburbs for houses in November were Tuart Hill (two days), Langford (four days), Bassendean (four days) and Yokine, Woodvale and Parmelia all achieving a median of five days.
REIWA president Suzanne Brown said sales times showed the market remained very strong, especially at the more affordable end of the market.
“While selling days for both units and houses remain at or close to record lows, the market is transacting at a furious pace for homes in more affordable price brackets,” Ms Brown said.
“Tuart Hill with a median price of $844,500 and just under the threshold of the Australian (Albanese) Government 5 per cent deposit scheme, saw homes sell in only two days in November.
“Bassendean, Eglinton, Parmelia and Butler all offer homes below the thresholds for first home buyer supports and selling times are all less than a week.
“As our members have told us, anything around or below $850,000 is simply flying out the door.”
