WA members of the Vauxhall Owners’ Club of Australia are holding a vehicle display on Sunday, October 17 at Yanchep National Park.
The display made up of more than 20 vehicles will take place from 10am to 3pm at the Lakeside view picnic area, which has sheltered picnic tables and barbecue facilities.
One of the vehicles on display will be a 1933 VX Tourer owned by R and B Colson for more than 15 years, which was purchased restored from the eastern states.
Also on display will be a 1949 L Wyvern sedan owned for 12 years and restored by Martin Brett from a barn find and a 2007 Vectra shipped to Australia in 2012 by the owner Elaine Ballard.
The Vauxhall Owners’ Club of Australia aims to unite enthusiasts encouraging preservation, restoration and use of Vauxhall cars and Bedford trucks regardless of age or model.
It has branches throughout all Australian states and annually the Western Australian branch holds a display day at different venues in Perth.
Yanchep National Park entry fees apply on the day.
