A WILBINGA bushfire is suspicious or deliberately lit so authorities are called for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
The Department of Parks and Wildlife issued an alert for the bushfire about 4.06pm on Wednesday, November 9.
The bushfire started near the intersection of Indian Ocean Dr and Military Rd in Caraban State forest.
At different times the bushfire led to the closing of Military Rd and Indian Ocean Dr near Woodridge.
Residents with a respiratory condition who were affected by smoke were advised to contact their doctor or call Health Direct on 1800 022 222.
About 8.46am on Thursday, November 10 Parks and Wildlife, which managed the bushfire, said it had been extinguished.
