YANCHEP Community Men’s Shed is having an open shed on Saturday, August 2 where prospective members can see what the shed offers.
Basically it’s a place for men of all ages to meet and try their hand at useful crafts or just chat.
To date men’s shed members have made so much for the community and businesses such as the Orion Cafe, Yanchep Lagoon, Yanchep Inn and more.
The shed also recycles wood pallets and newspapers as well as collecting Containers for Change.
The open shed event at 2B Bracknell St, Yanchep will run from 9am to 1pm.
There will be items for sale and a sausage sizzle.
