THE free annual Community Awareness Expo provides an opportunity for organisations to raise awareness of their causes or services and to seek volunteers, raise funds or even boost registrations or memberships.

In addition to attendance by various agencies and departments from the City of Wanneroo, plus a visit from the Mayor and some council members, Yanchep Central Shopping Centre is expecting more than 20 other clubs, groups, charities and schools to showcase the services they have available to the local and extended community.

So far Yanchep and Two Rocks fire stations, Yanchep-Two Rocks RSL, Two Rocks SES, local netball and football clubs, Two Rocks marine rescue, Yanchep Secondary College, Atlantis Beach Baptist College and Y.hub, plus local businesses offering childcare, financial and real estate services have agreed to attend.

There will also be family and children’s entertainment, such as bouncy castle, musicians, car wash, sausage sizzle and reptile display.

The 2021 Community Awareness Expo runs from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, February 6 at Yanchep Central Shopping Centre.
