Detectives seek information after Joondalup burglaries

JOONDALUP detectives are seeking public assistance as they investigate a series of burglaries in Joondalup between Thursday, June 11 and Monday, June 15.

WA Police said on Thursday 11 June 11, between 6am and 7am, two unknown people gained entry to a storage facility on Winton Rd and broke into five storage units.

Between 4pm Saturday, June 13 and 7am Monday, June 15 two unknown people gained entry to a storage facility on Winton Rd and broke into a further six storage units.

Several items were stolen including a Nikon digital camera, an iMac computer, two e-scooters, a Sonos soundbar and a tea set.

Police have released some video relating to the burglaries but are urging anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage from Shenton Ave near Pontiac Way to come forward.

Detectives believe several people driving in the area at the time of the incident may be able to help with the investigation.
