MAJOR crash investigators are appealing for witnesses after a fatal crash in Carabooda on Monday, August 21.
WA Police said about 1.40pm, a grey VW Tiguan was driving north on Wanneroo Rd and a white Mack Truck travelling south were involved in a collision.
The 58-year-old male driver of the Tiguan died from his injuries at the scene.
Sections of Wanneroo Rd southbound and northbound were closed due to the crash.
Wanneroo Rd southbound between Pipidinny Rd and the Romeo Rd and Karoborup Rd intersection were closed with Wanneroo Rd northbound closed at Bernard Rd South.
