A FORMER police officer is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court tomorrow, 15 January.
WA Police said on December 11 last year a 59-year-old man, a former sergeant from the Joondalup District, had been charged with three counts of unlawful use of a computer system.
Police will allege between 2010 and 2018 he unlawfully looked up information relating to three people a total of 180 times.
The 59-year-old man from Quinns Rocks retired from WA Police in 2018.
