MAJOR crash is investigating after a serious crash in Yanchep on Sunday, May 3.
WA Police said about 6pm, a black Hyundai Staria van and a grey Ford Ranger utility collided head-on along Wanneroo Rd near Yanchep Beach Rd.
A police spokesman said the 40-year-old male driver of the Hyundai sustained critical injuries and was airlifted by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
Two passengers from the Hyundai were also injured.
A 31-year-old male was conveyed to Joondalup Health Campus for treatment of serious injuries, and a 36-year-old male was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital with critical injuries.
The 75-year-old male driver of the Ford Ranger was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of critical injuries.
