A NILGEN teenager has been charged after a fatal accident in Lancelin in December last year.
Major crash investigators have charged a 15-year-old boy as a result of their investigation into the fatal crash on December 9.
WA Police will allege that about 9.35pm, the boy – who was 14 at the time – was riding an off-road motorcycle on Gingin Rd when near Bandy Ave, he struck a woman.
The 53-year-old woman died at the scene from injuries she sustained in the crash.
The 15-year-old has been charged with manslaughter and is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on June 6.
