Two Rocks man due in Joondalup court today

Child abuse squad detectives have charged a Two Rocks man after investigating an allegation he indecently dealt with a young girl while he was employed at a day care centre.

A TWO Rocks man is due in the Joondalup Magistrates Court today Friday, November 24 after an allegation of inappropriate behaviour by a staff member at a child-care centre in the northern suburbs.

Child abuse squad detectives, who charged the 37-year-old man as a result of their investigation, allege he indecently dealt with a young girl while he was employed at the day care centre on Thursday, November 16.

He has been charged with one count of indecent dealing with a child under 13 years, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug (cannabis) and two counts of possessing any drug paraphernalia in or on which there was a prohibited drug or plant.
