WA Police have charged an 18-year-old Wanneroo P-plater with reckless driving in relation to an incident on Wednesday, October 30.
About 11.40pm, police air wing sighted a blue Subaru Impreza being driven recklessly along the Mitchell Fwy near Osborne Park.
The vehicle was tracked for a short distance before ground units assisted in stopping the vehicle near Reid Hwy.
Police allege the vehicle was travelling about 200km/hr in a 100km/hr zone.
The 18-year-old man has been charged with one count of reckless driving speed of 155km/hr or more.
His vehicle was impounded and he is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday, December 12.
