WANNEROO Rd southbound is closed between Pipidinny Rd and the Romeo Rd and Karoborup Rd intersection in Carabooda due to a crash.
WA Police said the crash involved a car and a truck.
Emergency services and traffic management are onsite and drivers are asked to seek an alternative route.
