YANCHEP Police have charged a 45-year-old man with traffic offences after an incident on Brazier Rd about 9.25pm on Wednesday, May 13.
Officer-in-charge Ben Huggett said the Yanchep man had also been issued with a surrender notice in relation to his quad bike.
Senior Sergeant Huggett thanked the public for their help and said no further assistance was required on the matter.
