THE annual Yanchep-Two Rocks RSL golf day is on Friday, October 11 at the Yanchep National Park.
Held at the Yanchep Golf Club in the national park the day is a popular event for golfers and a fundraiser for the Yanchep-Two Rocks RSL, which donates the funds to local community groups, scouts and schools.
The golfers are greeted with a cooked breakfast (bacon butty) at the first hole.
They are given a packed lunch when they are half way and at the end of the day a full meal at the Yanchep Inn.
There are also free refreshments available during the day, prizes for the winners, golfer’s balls nearest to the holes and fantastic raffle prizes to be won too.
All in all it is a great golfing day with golfers returning every year because they enjoy themselves so much.
The event is a three-person ambrose.
