Man injured in Lancelin sand dunes stable

LANCELIN Police are reminding people to take care when using off-road bikes and buggies in the sand dunes after a young man was injured on Sunday, May 31.

In a tweet Lancelin Police advised scoping out the area first and make sure people were wearing the correct protective gear.

On Tuesday, June 2 a Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) spokeswoman said the man aged in his 20s was in a stable condition.

After the motorcycle accident on Sunday the man was flown to RPH by the RAC Rescue helicopter.

St John Ambulance also attended the accident.
