IF you want to find out how the Yanchep rail extension project is progressing the project team will be visiting shopping centres along the rail alignment during August.
The project team will also help residents find out about the project’s next steps and understand how the Yanchep rail extension will help support the ongoing growth in the area.
On Saturday, August 10 from 9am to 5pm the project team will be at Butler Central.
Then the project team will visit the Gateway Shopping Precinct at Alkimos Beach on Saturday, August 17 from 9am to 5pm before visiting the Yanchep Central Shopping Centre on Saturday, August 24 from 9am to 5pm.
The Yanchep rail extension community reference group consisting of local residents and businesses will act as a sounding board regarding the delivery and impacts of the project throughout the construction phase.
The community reference group will be encouraged to bring feedback or collect community inquiries for discussion in the meetings to identify any issues.
Successful members were to be notified in late July.
