Woman critically injured in Wanneroo bus crash

MAJOR crash officers are investigating a crash in Wanneroo on Thursday, 4 June, which resulted in injuries to seven passengers.

WA Police said about 11.05am, a Transperth bus was travelling west along Joondalup Dr when the driver lost control and collided with a big tree.

A 59-year-old female passenger, who was critically injured was taken to Royal Perth Hospital.

A 61-year-old male passenger with serious injuries was taken to Joondalup Health Campus.

Five other occupants with minor injuries were taken to Joondalup Health Campus

The 56-year-old male bus driver was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment.
