THE case involving a woman charged after the death of a motorcyclist at the Yanchep Beach Rd and Indian Ocean Dr-Wanneroo Rd intersection in January has been back in the Perth Magistrates Court this week.
Yesterday Alexis Jade Green, 42, was given a trial allocation date of December 8 (where she won’t be required to appear) for the two charges she faces.
After the crash WA Police charged Ms Green with careless driving causing death, grievous bodily harm or bodily harm and driving with a prescribed illicit drug in oral fluid or blood.
She has pleaded not guilty to the latter charge.
March 9 next year is also scheduled for a trail allocation hearing for the same charges.
A 56-year-old man died when Ms Green’s Kia Carnival and his Kawasaki motorbike collided about midday on January 7.
