POLICE believe the body of a man, who went missing from off Ledge Point beach, on New Year’s day has been found.
WA Police said about 7.20am today Tuesday, January 6, they received information that human remains had washed ashore on Fence Reef beach, north of Ledge Point.
This afternoon about 3.30pm police said formal identification was yet to be completed but it was believed to be the 32-year-old man who went missing on Thursday, January 1.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
