Bushfire in Beermullah, Moore River National Park downgraded

A BUSHFIRE advice – monitor conditions – is now in place for people in an area between Red Gully Rd to the north and Douglas Rd to the south in parts of Beermullah and Moore River National Park in the Shire of Gingin.

At 1.58pm the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) said the bushfire, which was reported at 11.49am as the bushfire was now contained but not controlled.

In an earlier alert DFES said Brand Hwy between Gingin Brook Rd and Orange Springs Rd was closed.
