IN June the Cook Government said 50 residential lots off Toreopango Ave and north of Yanchep station were being released to the market.
But now even at the end of August the Indi Yanchep price list still shows one lot on Character Rd is the only lot available for sale in stage 3.
The project is being delivered in partnership with Parcel Property and DevelopmentWA.
