YANCHEP and Clarkson were among the Perth suburbs recording the fastest median leasing times in November.
Homes in Yanchep and Clarkson both leased in a median of 12 days compared with 15 days across Perth last month.
According to REIWA data the other suburbs recording the fastest median leasing times were Doubleview (eight days), Maylands (nine days), Wembley (10 days), Cockburn Central (10 days), Subiaco (11 days), Innaloo (11 days), Claremont (11 days) and Hammond Park (12 days).
REIWA said there were 2246 properties available for rent on www.reiwa.com at the end of November.
This was 8.9 per cent higher than October and 2.1 per cent higher than the same time last year.
