THE next stage in the Indi Yanchep estate is due for release soon, according to Parcel Property, which is developing the estate in partnership with DevelopmentWA.
On Friday, September 5 a Parcel Property spokesman said stage 4 lots would be available at the end of this month.
In June the Cook Government said 50 stage 3 residential lots were being released to the market.
But even the day the announcement was made there was only one lot available for sale in stage 3 of the ptoject.
The Indi Yanchep project, which is anticipated to deliver a total of 576 lots upon completion is off Toreopango Ave and north of Yanchep station.
