A YOUNG woman was injured in a crash in Alkimos yesterday.
WA Police said about 10pm, a Suzuki Swift was travelling in a westerly direction along Graceful Blvd in Alkimos, when it crashed into a ditch.
A police spokesman said Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel got the 24-year-old female driver and sole occupant out of the vehicle after which she was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance with unknown injuries.
Inquiries are continuing into the cause of the crash.
